Alongside the sales department, GMV’s qualified technicians analyse the part or drawing provided by the customer to designate cycle times and turnkey projects. The department is also equipped with a 3D printer for machine part simulation.

Our in-house technicians take care of the entire set-up of the machinery sold.

All our products are prepared for interconnection in order to facilitate and support Industry 4.0 and its evolution. In addition, each GMV technician is able to support customers and recommend the best software according to their professional needs.

Our company’s technical team can provide training services to help our customers’ staff use the machinery to its full potential. Classroom courses with numerical control simulators can be organised to explain how to develop CNC programmes with ISO languages.

We advise customers to schedule a machine tool check-up before the end of the warranty period to identify any low consumables and wear and tear.

More than 20 specialised electronic and mechanical technicians throughout Italy, coordinated by our telephone service, will physically go to customers’ premises within 24-36 hours of the call.

GMV very quickly supplies original machine tool spare parts throughout Italy.

Thanks to an accurate partial or total overhaul service, we are able to restore 100% of the performance of your used machine tool and provide electronic and/or mechanical warranties.

Preventive maintenance

We offer our customers a preventive maintenance contract to avoid unexpected downtime and breakdowns. A specialised technician with the appropriate tools will carry out 10 to 15 vital checks during each scheduled annual intervention depending on the type of machine. Discover the associated bonuses.
